We are very excited to announce the next Ruff House Photo Contest!! Submit a photo of your dog caught red pawwed! The "naughtiest dog" will be the winner of this contest. Any picture of your dog doing something it shouldn't is appropriate for this contest. The winner will receive a free day of daycare! Good luck!

Please be sure to include the name of your dog in the picture file!

New Policies

We are tightening some of our policies including Ruff Riders and late pickups. The new policies are as follows:

It is important to provide us with at least a 24 hour notice if you require our Ruff Rider pick-up or drop-off service. We no longer provide last minute Ruff Rider services. If you do not provide us with 24 hours notice, we WILL NOT be able to drive your dog to or from the Ruff House. Also, you must SPEAK to a pack leader about these reservations, voicemail reservations WILL NOT be honored. Finally, we have a cap of 5 Ruff Riders in the AM and 5 in the PM.

We are also implying a strict late pickup policy. Because late pickups are so disruptive to our boarding staff and dogs, we will NO LONGER allow you to pick your dog up after 7:00PM. $5 will be charged for each 15 minutes until 7:00PM. After 7:00PM, $40 will be charged and your dog will be boarded for the night. This rate is in addition to the $28 daycare rate. You will also be charged for food.

Photo Contest Update

We have received a handful of entries for this month's photo contest. The Ruff House Hangover photo contest! The contest was set to end on the last day of April, but since that falls on a Monday, we are going to accept entries until that Friday, May 4, 2012. Take a great shot of your dog after a long day at the Ruff House and you could win a free day of daycare!

Video Contest

For the month of April we will be having a photo contest. Send us a picture of your dog after a day at the Ruff House and you could win a free day of daycare or night of boarding. "The Ruff House Hangover" is something that many customers have discovered after their dogs spend a long day of non-stop playing at the Ruff House. Get a great picture of your dog during their "Ruff House Hangover" and you could be the winner! Click here to submit your photo and the winner will be determined based on staff opinion as well as customer "likes." We will be accepting submissions until Monday, April 30, 2012. We are looking forward to seeing some tired pups!

We only received a few videos so we are giving some extra time for those of you who haven't had a chance to make one. We our trying to fill night and weekend shifts and would love individuals that are passionate about dogs and are assertive in a pack atmosphere. The First Ruff House Video Contest!!

We will be hosting our first ever video contest this month and we want YOU to be a part of it! For the first contest we want you to submit a video of your dog's reaction to the words "RUFF HOUSE." Please submit a video no longer than 90 seconds of what your dog does when he or she knows you are taking them to the Ruff House. The submission deadline is March 31, 2012. We will post all of the videos to our YouTube channel. We will pick a winner based on "YouTube likes" and staff opinions and the winner will recieve a free day of daycare or night of boarding. CLICK HERE to submit your video! You may also email your submissions to theruffhousewestford@yahoo.com. Please put "Video Submission" in the subject line. Once all videos have been received and reviewed by The RUFF House staff, we will post them for everyone to see. Get your camera rolling!! This should be fun!!
