Why Bring your dog to Daycare?
There are several reasons to bring your dog to The Ruff House. First of all, your dog will have the opportunity to get plenty of physical exercise, mental stimulation, and social integration. These three factors are important in order for you dog to be well rounded, socialized and healthy. Dog daycare is becoming increasingly popular in today’s society as it has much to offer your canine companion! Instead of being at home alone and sleeping all day, your dog is able to receive the attention he/she needs to remain a happy and healthy K-9.
At the Ruff House your dog can come to run around and play with other dogs ALL DAY! Your dog is always supervised by a professional Pack Leader in a safe and crate-free environment. Your dog will be placed in a playgroup based on their size, age, and temperment to ensure they have the best possible time while at the Ruff House.
Both our outdoor and indoor pens are suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes to run around, wrestle, jump, chase, climb, cuddle, and play.
We require 3 different vaccinations for your dog to attend both daycare and boarding amd you may bring in your vet records or have them faxed to us. The vaccinations are:
- Rabies Vaccination
- Distemper Vaccination (DHLPP)
- Bordetella Vaccination
Your dog must also be spayed or neutered to attend!
Please do not apply Front Line to your dog within 24 hours of bringing them to the Ruff House. This can be hazardous to the other dogs.
Also remove flea collars from your dog before dropping them off because it is hazardous and they fall off very easily.
