Welcome to the Ruff House Website!
The Ruff House is a dog daycare facility where your dog can socialize and play in a safe and controlled environment. Your dog will be placed in the proper pack according to size, temperament, and play habits. Our staff is trained in K-9 communication so that we can effectively control the pack. Ask one of our pack leaders for more information!

We require 3 different vaccinations for your dog to attend both daycare and boarding. You may bring in your vet records or email them to us. The vaccinations are:
- Rabies Vaccination
- Distemper Vaccination (DHLPP)
- Bordetella Vaccination
Your dog must also be spayed or neutered to attend!
Please do not apply Front Line to your dog within 24 hours of bringing them to the Ruff House. This can be hazardous to the other dogs.
Also remove flea collars from your dog before dropping them off because it is hazardous and they can fall off very easily.
New Customers
- Tours will only be held during Monday - Friday between the hours of 10AM and 4PM
- Meet and Greets are only to be scheduled on the WEEKDAYS ONLY during normal business hours
We imply a strict late pickup policy. Because late pickups are so disruptive to our boarding staff and dogs, we DO NOT allow you to pick your dog up after 7:00PM. $5 will be charged for each 15 minutes until 7:00PM. After 7:00PM, $40 will be charged and your dog will be boarded for the night. This rate is in addition to the $28 daycare rate. You will also be charged for food.
*IMPORTANT*
You must drop your dog off before 4:00 PM when boarding. Unfortunately, after 4:00 it is difficult to process boarding paperwork properly and it is very important that we are able to provide you with full attention when checking in your dog.
It is very important to inform us immediately if you have to cancel any boarding reservations. We have limited space and each slot is important to our customers. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your reservation YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20!
